General Oil and Lubricant International utilizes stainless steel, carbon steel and high-density polyethene mixing vessels to manufacture oil blends, lubricants and greases. The process typically involves careful selection and blending of base oils, additives, and performance enhancers to achieve desired lubricant properties such as viscosity, thermal stability, friction reduction, and wear protection. General Oil and Lubricant International manufacturing plants are equipped with fully automated lines for filling & packaging for small containers. Also, we have installed online batch prints &quality monitoring systems, to ensure the right tracking and control over the quality & performance of the packed goods.
GP has three manufacturing plants for lube oil blending. The total production capacity of around 96,000 MT of lube oils ,6000 MT of greases and 1,80,000 Mt per annum on single shift basis. Various package filling lines are available from 100ml / 500ml / 1 litre / 4 litre / 5 litre / 20 litre / 25 litre 210 litre / 1000L and bulk tankers. In house storage tank capacity of around 8000 KL and on port storage facility of around 15000 KL.
